Panama: CbC reporting deadline for 2018 extended

The tax authority (Dirección General de Ingresos (DGI)) has extended the deadline for the submission of country-by-country (CbC) reports for the 2018 fiscal year to 15 February 2020.

Resolution No. 201-1035 was published in the official gazette on 31 January 2020, announcing the deadline extension.

A notification corresponding to the 2018 fiscal year is also now due 15 February 2020 (as well as certain information regarding other fiscal periods).
