The U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) today announced the update to a list of “frequently asked questions” (FAQs) concerning transactions with Iran.
OFAC updated existing FAQs and published three new FAQs.
The updated FAQs (FAQ 303 and 804) concern insurance and re-insurance and the shipping tankers of certain entities. Read the OFAC release for more information about the updated or new FAQs.
