  • Ease access to the solidarity tax credit for individuals receiving financial assistance
  • Increase the income threshold for individuals to be exempt from paying premiums under the province's public prescription drug insurance plan
  • Reduce daily parking rates at hospitals, long-term care centres and community learning centres
  • Re-introduces a single reduced rate for subsidized childcare services
  • Announces a change to qualify for deferral of tax on a deemed disposition of shares of qualified public corporations upon the 21st anniversary of a trust or on a person's death
