Nigeria: Transfer pricing forms, CbC reports

Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) is preparing for the electronic submissions of transfer pricing forms and country-by-country (CbC) reports in 2020.

Once the electronic portal is operational, taxpayers will be able to complete and submit the following forms electronically:

  • Transfer pricing declaration and transfer pricing disclosure forms
  • CbC notification forms
  • CbC reports

Taxpayers may also still have the ability to file hardcopy (paper versions) of their returns and reports at the appropriate tax offices.
