Ordinance No. 300/2019 was published in the official gazette concerning governance bodies relating to e-social tax, social security, labor reporting requirements, among other items. The guidance was issued as follow-up to extensive discussion concerning the simplification of a digital bookkeeping system for tax, social security, and labor requirements. The guidance is intended to simplify and improve the reporting obligations. For instance, the guidance eliminates redundancies and reduces certain reporting burdens.

With the new guidance, the reporting due dates for certain tax and social contribution deadlines have been revised.
