Canada: No changes in reintroduced 2019 budget

Newfoundland and Labrador will not be making changes to the 2019 provincial budget, despite the provincial election that was called a month after the budget was introduced in April 2019. Instead, now that the same party (the Liberal party) has won the election and formed a minority government, Newfoundland and Labrador re-introduced its original 2019 budget on 11 June 2019.
