The U.S. Treasury Department and IRS today released for publication in the Federal Register a notice announcing a public hearing relating to the proposed base erosion and anti-abuse tax (BEAT) regulations. The hearing is scheduled for March 25, 2019.
The notice of public hearing [PDF 197 KB] provides that outlines of topics to be discussed at the March 25 public hearing are due by March 15, 2019.
