IRS releases draft version of Form 1120-C for 2018

The IRS has posted a draft version of Form 1120-C, U.S. Income Tax Return for Cooperative Associations, proposed for 2018.

The draft Form 1120-C [PDF 222 KB] reflects a “watermark” date of August 22, 2018, and includes cautionary language that it is not to be used for filing purposes, and is subject to change and to OMB approval before being officially released.

The draft version of the instructions for Form 1120-C has not yet been released by the IRS.
