The IRS has posted a new version of a draft of Form 1099-PATR, Taxable Distributions Received From Cooperatives, for 2018.
The draft Form 1099-PATR [PDF 108 KB] reflects a “watermark” date of May 30, 2018, and includes cautionary language that this form is not to be relied upon for filing purposes, and is subject to change and to OMB approval before being officially released.
