Advisory professional with more than 10 years of risk consulting experience. Strong background in analyzing processes, identifying current state, and developing to-be state to increase effectiveness and efficiencies, specifically in the areas of governance, risk and compliance. Focusing on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) services, Lisa leads KPMG's enterprise and integrated GRC technology services which included teaming with many of the top analyst rated GRC vendors. She has extensive experience in leading projects encompassing GRC Strategy; GRC business process improvement; GRC convergence and integration strategy; and GRC technology implementation (MetricStream, OpenPages(IBM) and Thomson Reuters Accelus). Lisa’s experience includes providing services to clients across the full lifecycle of process improvement through enablement via technology and system implementation to help companies more effectively manage oversight and assurance functions. Lisa holds a BS degree in Information and Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia’s School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, and both the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Project Management Professional (PMP) designations.
