He is a Managing Director in KPMG’s Advisory practice with over 35 years of experience providing financial, operational, regulatory, external audit and business process improvement management consulting services to his clients. He has provided outsourcing consulting services, accounting advisory services and cost management services to various clients.

He can provide services to investor-owned and public power generation, electric, gas and water utilities. Also, assistance that cover many emerging industry issues associated with regulation, deregulation, financial matters, restructuring, software assessments and process improvement efforts. Other services that I can provide are strategic assessments, competitive assessments, shareholder value, stranded-cost calculations, data integrity reviews, affiliate transactions, cash-flow improvement, business process outsourcing, process improvement/reengineering, integration of operation and financial systems, back-office build-outs, development of activity-based information, benchmarking, unbundling of services, regulatory consulting and the development of testimony filed with regulatory commissions.

He successfully testified before several states’ regulatory commissions and/or supported regulatory filings and testimony of others including the States of California, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana and Nevada and Alberta, Canada. These filings and testimony covered a variety of accounting, cost allocation and affiliate transactions issues. In addition, has has worked closely with many of the electric industry’s RTOs and ISOs on a variety of issues, including: process development and improvement and outsourcing assessments.
