Joseph has extensive experience in all aspects of cross border tax structuring and due diligence, including U.S. federal, state, and local income taxes; state and local sales and use taxes; payroll; and other miscellaneous taxes. Previously, he led KPMG’s M&A Tax practice in the West Region and Southwest Area. Before that, Joseph spent 11 years in New York City serving a variety of M&A clients. Prior to his experience in New York, he began his career in Philadelphia, serving numerous general tax clients. Joseph has more than 25 years of tax experience in structuring, planning, and compliance for public and privately held clients.
