Jesse is a Managing Director in our Customer Advisory practice with a focus on Sales Transformation and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Jesse has over 16 years of enterprise IT and management consulting experience. Jesse has worked with numerous industry leading technology, financial services and health and life science clients, helping them improve operations and increase marketing, sales and service effectiveness. Prior to joining KPMG, Jesse was Vice President of Delivery and CRM Practice Leader for a leading global system implementer. There he spent 8 years building and overseeing an Award Winning Dynamics CRM Team, responsible for the successful implementation of 100’s of CRM initiatives.

Recent engagements

  • As the engagement director, Jesse led the current state assessment, future state process redesign and implementation of CRM and enhanced sales and services process model for one of the worlds largest telecommunication companies.
  • For a leading American Multinational Investment Management Firm, Jesse led the project team responsible for our client’s sales process transformation and CRM implementation program.
  • For a retail energy company, led the assessment and consolidation of five homegrown CRM solutions onto a single instance of CRM.
  • Lead the project team responsible for our clients award winning global migration from SFDC to Microsoft Dynamics CRM leveraging our meta-builder migration IP.
  • Managed global implementation of Microsoft CRM, replacing legacy Pivotal system, and replaced legacy homegrown system. Implementation included Service, Sales and Marketing using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015.
  • Managed enhancement implementation project increasing functionality of CRM leveraging a custom entity for RFP routing and distribution, systems upgrade project moving the client from CRM 2011 to CRM 2013 online while increasing functionality of their CRM leveraging enhanced reporting functionality.
  • For a national banking company, assisted with the definition and implementation of a new sales performance management (SPM) processes and system in addition to enhanced customer relationship management processes and system (CRM) to better align with industry leading best practices.
