Tom Koncsics

He has over 30 years of experience providing audit and accounting services to venture-backed and public life sciences companies. Tom has significant experience with IPOs, debt and equity transactions, revenue recognition, stock-based compensation, licensing and collaboration arrangements and SEC reporting. He completed a two-year rotation in KPMG’s Department of Professional Practice where he provided guidance to KPMG teams and clients on technical accounting issues. Tom is a firm-designated SEC reviewing partner, providing concurring reviews for public company audits.
