Edward has over 25 years of advisory and audit experience at KPMG both in Korea and Australia. He established a Transaction Services team in Korea, and had led financial due diligence engagements on major cross border M&A projects into and from Korea, encompassing a diverse range of industries, for Korean companies, multi-national companies and private equity funds. Edward used to be the Head of Markets and the PIC of Management Consulting and Risk Consulting in Korea, and also served as the Head of GKP(Global Korea Practice). He established KPMG in Mongolia which led him to be the inaugural Head of the office. He is currently Head of the Economic Research Institute for KPMG in Korea.
