Her passion is in helping my clients build engaging programs to rapidly adopt and recognize the value from new technologies such as robotic process automation (RPA), machine learning, chatbots and artificial intelligence. Her aim is to be your partner to help as you discern the right technologies for your organization and sift through the jargon so that the power of these technologies is applied against real challenges you face in areas like human resources, finance and accounting, information technology and business operations. Engagement experience

  • For a large aerospace and defense organization, developed an automation strategy for human resources and employee engagement. Launched chatbot pilot focused on HR shared service center cost take-out and improvement in employee experience. Conducted an automation opportunity assessment and business case assessment for HR services including onboarding, talent acquisition, and personnel management.   Opportunities identified over 300,000 hours in opportunity savings. Oversaw the development of a Proof of Value demonstrating the business value from automation across the HR organization. Oversaw the development of a global Center of Excellence focused on maintenance, testing and governance to support the growing scale of automation across their business.
  • For a regional hospital provider led the development of an employee chatbot initiative to assist with HR functions from talent acquisition to HR shared service center requests. Assisted client with technology requirements and selection of vendor. Oversaw the development of requirements, conversational flow diagrams, conversation build and initial implementation.
  • For a State Government Organization: Developed and piloted a virtual agent to support remote workers. Implementation is currently underway and expected to reduce administrative activities on selected workforce by 50%. Solution used Microsoft Cortana and Calendar.Help services to automate the scheduling function.
