“It’s kind of fun to do the impossible.” This quote from Walt Disney captures how I look at turning the potential of technology into real business results.

Propelled by my unorthodox background – which is a combination of music, economics, and consulting – I am able to effectively balance hyper-creative ideas with the realities of getting things done.

I will work with you in a highly collaborative and candid manner, simultaneously pushing and challenging you to imagine what we can do together. Then, and most importantly, we will structure and execute the delivery efforts to bring this vision to life and achieve the results you desire.

Three recent engagements

  • Hampered by its legacy HR system, this global organization wanted to not only upgrade to a modern HR platform, but also completely revamp its employee experience with HR. I helped develop the technology blueprint and execution roadmap for how these two goals could be achieved in an integrated manner. To help ensure the outcomes are achieved, I continue to meet with the CHRO and CIO on a monthly basis to assess how our joint teams are delivering the program, making any execution adjustments that are required.
  • Inhibited by internal barriers, this global organization was unable to realize hundreds of millions of dollars in operational savings by bringing together two different technology organizations. I worked side by side with a senior client executive to overcome these barriers by developing a compelling vision of the integrated organization, incremental steps to achieve, and the financial analysis to demonstrate the reality of the benefits. Subsequently, we architected a change program that included a wide variety of stakeholders to ensure buy-in and, ultimately, advocacy. I also supported this executive through all aspects of the delivery project to realize the targeted benefits.
  • Understanding that technology was limiting their business objectives, this client’s CFO and COO asked “what should we do with technology?” Across Customer Experience, Retail, Supply Chain, HR, Finance and more, my teams worked to understand the current limitations and create a series of options ranging from tactical fixes to more structural changes. As a next step, I conducted a set of workshops with the full executive team to work through the trade-offs within their options to help them find the best path forward which balanced current problems, longer term objectives, and financial constraints.
