KPMG Ignition delivers lasting change through insight, people and technology
Our world is changing. Successful organisations are those who consistently demonstrate the foresight, agility and speed which our new reality demands. Businesses across all industries and markets now need to transform at pace, building a future with digital at its heart.
KPMG Ignition helps you to do this. It brings together insights, people and technology to spark innovation and deliver the lasting change needed to thrive in today’s world.
Digital transformation can’t be achieved with technology alone. It takes human insight and experience, too. You get that from our subject matter experts. You also get access to the latest technology from us and our alliance partners, allowing you to seize opportunity in an era of disruptive change.
This time of uncertainty demands business works to a new speed. KPMG Ignition enables you to achieve your goal in just weeks, days or even hours. Our innovative methods, tools and environments are designed to help you frame and solve problems fast. And you don’t miss out on the critical conversations needed to drive powerful and lasting outputs.
We use sophisticated data analytics, together with a range of technology capabilities including data science, data visualisation, analytics, artificial intelligence and product engineering to deliver digitally-enabled, modern solutions.
Whether participating in person, virtually, or a hybrid model of both, we create an environment that works for your team and promotes powerful co-creation. We’ve designed a series of physical and online spaces to foster organic collaboration.
From horizon-scanning to solution building, the Ignition way of working brings you and your teams together with the best of KPMG and its ecosystem of alliance partners. We offer five key Ignition experiences. These span the thinking, conversations and tangible work that go into delivering real, sustainable change.
Together, we’ll explore the art of the possible. Our interactive session will demonstrate what you can achieve with today’s technology, exploring the capabilities of digital and applied advanced analytics, data visualisation and intelligent automation.
What would transformation mean for your people, processes and technology? We ground our thinking in the reality of your business. We show you how innovative ideas can transform how you operate and improve employee and customer experience.
Through a Breakthrough session, you’ll uncover new ideas and align on approaches and solutions to take forward. Together, we explore a specific business challenge in a high energy session that culminates in shaping an action plan that delivers results.
To spark real change, you need to think and work differently. The key is outcome-focussed collaboration. You’ll need a robust, innovative approach, the right people and a stimulating environment that generates new ideas. U-Collaborate is a mix of co-creation, design theory and systems thinking.
Together, we’ll build solutions that have the emotional backing of your team – helping you achieve more in days than would normally be possible in months.
How does a new solution, process or idea become a successful part of your business? That’s the tricky bit and, unsurprisingly, the point where many advisors quietly step back. Not us. We give you a dedicated space where your team can work alongside our experts. We can help you build and test a prototype, proof of concept or minimum viable product. Or we can apply our approach to validate process blueprints or dashboards.
