What is the learning journey?
The course works through a blend of learning formats and tasks:
Face-to-face residential learning
Two separate weeks (of 2.5 days) of residential learning at the University of Leeds led by university tutors with the opportunity to network and discuss with your peers.
One-to-one mentoring
One-to-one mentoring sessions with a KPMG partner who will be there to support and connect with you throughout the duration of the in-depth project you undertake. You will develop a personal connection with your KPMG mentor that will greatly enhance the learning experience and bring you direct perspectives and business insights.
Remote learning and digital resources
Access to a bespoke digital platform of resources – KPMG Beyond – along with podcasts, a book club and regular online (Teams) sessions and tutorials. Whatever your preferred learning style, there are resources to suit everyone.
