Duncan Knight becomes Customer Consulting partner

KPMG UK has appointed Duncan Knight as a Partner in its Customer Consulting team, with a focus on the consumer sector, as the organisation further strengthens its customer and front office technology business.

Duncan joins KPMG from Accenture, where he was Managing Director for Consumer Goods and Services.  With a 20+ year career in front office transformation as both a client and management consulting leader, he brings a host of expertise in advising on the likes of Customer Experience, Omni Channel Engagement, Route to Market, Connected Front Office, and Revenue Management.

Commenting about his appointment, Duncan said: “It’s an exciting time to be joining KPMG, as the organisation guides some of the best brands and businesses through a rapidly changing consumer landscape.  I’m looking forward to working with the team and helping businesses in these sectors to anticipate market trends, as they look for a competitive edge.”

Linda Ellett, UK Head of Consumer Markets, Retail and Leisure, KPMG, added:

“I am delighted that Duncan has joined KPMG, bringing with him a wealth of experience helping consumer businesses to transform their front-office, channels and customer experience.

“Products, route-to-market and customer base are all being disrupted by a combination of factors, ranging from the pandemic, geo-politics, sustainability, through to rapid digital transformation of how we consume goods.  Businesses need to be open to adapting and innovating in order to compete.  This is what KPMG helps firms to do and Duncan’s appointment further strengthens our offer to consumer businesses.”

ENDS.
