By attracting the best to our partnership we are even better placed to deliver the highest quality work for our clients and help them with their most important challenges.
“Diversity of perspectives and backgrounds is critical to our success. While we’re making progress in a number of areas, we have more to do. I am proud of the strength of our commitment and focus to further develop the diversity and inclusion of our workforce.
“We are committed to continually developing and progressing our people in their careers. Across our business we’re promoting more than 700 of our people, which reflects the confidence we have in our potential to grow, and help our clients.
“I’m proud that KPMG is a firm that the most talented people want to join and develop their career with. This year we hired a record number of graduates and apprentices, and were recognised as a top graduate employer.
“I’d like to congratulate all our newly appointed partners and directors and our colleagues who have been recently promoted. I wish them every success in their roles.”

“Our market-leading learning and development programs combined with the opportunity to work with a diverse array of clients provide the perfect environment for our people to progress in their careers.
“But we are not complacent and we also look to external talent to help bolster growing areas of our business. Over the past year we have brought in an additional 29 partners – 14 of whom are women - and 99 directors with outstanding industry and sector experience to expand our senior teams.”
