KPMG’s Restructuring practice in the UK has announced the appointment of Steve Absolom to partner, and ten new directors as part of its latest round of promotions.
Steve Absolom joined KPMG in 1993 and has more than 25 years’ of expertise advising under-performing UK corporates and their key stakeholders across a wide variety of sectors. In recent years, he has been involved in numerous high-profile restructuring assignments including Monarch Airlines, Jones Bootmaker, Style Group Brands, La Senza and Byron Burger.
Steve is joined by ten new directors across the firm’s UK Restructuring practice. In London and the South, Sarah Collins, Jacqui Kerr, Nathan McCarthy, Paul Berkovi, Nick Holloway, Helen Seaman and Luke Wiseman have all been promoted to director. KPMG’s Midlands team has seen the promotion of Tim Bateson, while in Bristol, Tim Sloggett has also made the step up. And in the North, Neil Morley has become director.
Meanwhile, a total of 13 professionals have been promoted to associate director, while six have become managers.
