Neil Gostelow and Mark Orton have been appointed as Join Administrators of Oyster Marine Limited. This follows their appointment as Joint Administrators of Oyster Marine Holdings on 7 February 2018.
Oyster Marine Limited is the primary trading company of the Group operating out of two sites in Southampton and Wroxham.
The Joint Administrators are now marketing the following assets for sale:
• The brand name and trademark;
• The technical designs and drawings and associated IT hardware;
• The build manuals;
• The hull and other production mouldings;
• Shares in subsidiary companies; and
• The plant and machinery.

number of parties to progress their offers.”

Group operations in administration
Collectively, Oyster Marine Holdings Limited and Oyster Marine Limited are known as “Oyster”.
Oyster Marine Holdings Limited (“OMH”) is a holding company which has a 100%
shareholding over the other group entitles shown in the diagram opposite
(together the “Group”). Of these entities, only Oyster Marine Limited (“OML”)
is currently in administration.
OML is the primary trading company of the Group, operating out of two sites in:
Southampton and Wroxham. OML was responsible for the design and manufacture to
order of the Oyster range.
