KPMG has published its Global Economic Outlook report, with KPMG economists from around the world looking at the prospects as well as risks and opportunities for clients in their local economies. The report can help businesses prepare for the new economic and business reality.
The BRC-KPMG Retail Sales Monitor for February 2021 has recently been published. Paul Martin, UK Head of Retail KPMG commented “after a bleak January sales performance and as the national lockdown continued, February saw the mildest of upturns for the retail sector, with just 1 percent year on year growth as high street stores across the country kept their doors closed”.
Due to the continued effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Equality and Human Rights Commission has announced that enforcement action against organisations that fail to report their gender pay gap will not resume until October 2021, after it was suspended last March.
