All too often, businesses overlook protection to personal data when developing Artificial Intelligence. This opens them up to significant sanctions – and even worse, erosion of customer trust.

In order to lead in a world where customers are, quite rightly, demanding more than just the basic legal compliance – businesses need to go above minimal legal standards by working to embed legal and ethical controls as they develop their AI from the outset.
