Today’s world of rapid digital transformation has created a shortage of key skills in the labour market, with tech talent forming a “hot” market. Tech talent is now sought by nearly every company in every industry, which has created a bidding war for Tech talent and increased the cost of hiring. In this candidate driven market, organisations need to differentiate themselves to appeal to talent.

The financial services industry is being forced to “step up” in adapting their talent strategies for constant changes in the market, resulting from disruptions of digital commerce and new competitors.
