Helen Wada provides three areas of focus for technology firms post COVID-19.
“Technology has never been so important.”
Organisations have been looking to technology to help them meet the challenges presented by COVID-19 – to connect with employees and serve customer needs in new ways.
In our latest New Reality video, Helen Wada, Client Director TMT, asks what this means for technology organisations themselves. How can they adapt and respond to new ways of working and changing customer expectations?
There are three areas technology organisations should focus on:
Clients and collaboration
Meeting new business challenges will require new partnerships. It will also mean understanding margins and pricing accordingly.
People and purpose
Technology is important, but so are people. Employee and customer experience is moving up the agenda, so build connections on a personal level.
Environmental, social and governance (ESG)
Technology firms are in the spotlight. The ESG agenda has become more visible too. Customers and other stakeholders will look at the impact technology companies are having on the environment and society.
The Technology sector has a key role in helping restart the UK economy. There are challenges and opportunities ahead.
