The CVA Supervisors have issued a Notice of Termination with regard to the CVA.
We refer to the Notice of Non-Satisfaction of the Conditions Precedent issued by the Joint Special Administrators on 11 June 2018, a copy of which can be found here.
The CVA Supervisors have issued a Notice of Termination with regard to the CVA, this notice formalises their release from the office of Supervisors and terminates their duties. This notice also brings to an end the obligations and duties of MFGUK under the CVA. A copy of the Notice of Termination can be found here.
The CVA Supervisors have also issued today their final report on the CVA (including a summary of all receipt and payments), a copy of the Supervisors’ final report can be can be found here.
Following the termination of the CVA the Administrators will continue to wind down the estate of MFGUK and look for ways to improve the outcome for all creditors.
