UK CEOs, more than their counterparts elsewhere, are feeling the weight of stakeholders’ expectations. Under intense personal pressure to deliver results, they see agility as the answer and are turning to strategic alliances to give their organisation the edge. Trusting in their own experience and instincts, CEOs are leading from the centre of the organisation as well as from the head.
