From its inception in 2011, Managed Services has traditionally provided creative solutions to the financial services clients. However, in December 2015 KPMG were awarded a contract with a large non-financial services organisation to help deliver a core learning and development curriculum.

We helped launch a multifunctional contact centre, underpinned by quality administration and excellent customer service, to support learners and suppliers. The success of the project was highlighted by the key outcomes, including:

  • Consistently delivering 95% of all calls answered within 20 seconds and over 90% of all queries resolved within 1 working day
  • Improved quality of learning outcomes: 85% of learners giving positive feedback
  • Learner needs satisfied, with increased take up of the learning services
  • Supporting materials provided to improve the impact of learning in the workplace

What we can do for you:

Building on the success of this contract, one of the solutions we are now offering is a Learning Managed Service. This provides clients with an online portal to access learning. KPMG's Managed Services also helps delivers a functional service centre for clients which can be operational in any of our Managed Services locations including Leeds and Gurgaon in India.

The portal, price model and managed service elements are fit for purpose and are designed to work across any sector, so we can use it in financial services or the public sector. This offering is underpinned by our commitment to data security. By implementing industry standard processes, recorded data is only ever held within the KPMG UK network, physical access is granted to specific rooms for those working on the engagement and a clear desk policy is implemented.
