HMRC have published an overview of the main changes from Spring Budget 2017 that affect Corporation Tax.

The OECD will present the findings of a report in a webcast on Wednesday 13 September. The report, Tax Policy Reforms 2017 – OECD and Selected Partner Economies, compares tax reforms that were implemented, legislated or announced in 2016 in various countries around the world.

Greenland, Cambodia, Madagascar and Haiti have joined the OECD’s Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes.

The Scottish Government has released its 2017-18 Programme for Government. Among the announcements is an upcoming consultation on setting Scottish income tax rates, which will analyse a variety of different options and proposals to inform discussions on the use of Scotland’s tax powers.
