Linda leads the KPMG Legal services banking & finance practice nationally and has over 20 years’ experience advising clients in a wide range of sectors, on acquisition finance, general corporate finance, real estate finance and invoice finance as well as intercreditor arrangements, security and guarantee packages and ongoing debt documentation compliance/covenant advice. 

She has extensive experience advising borrowers, lenders, investors, management and other individuals on a debt financing arrangements and the key issues relevant to each perspective.

Linda advises on early stage discussions and term sheets right through the documentation and negotiation process to implementation and then into further ongoing compliance advice.
