James leads due diligence engagements primarily in the savings, wealth and asset management sector, working for corporate and private equity clients on public and private transactions. He joined KPMG in 1988 and has been a partner since 2004.

His recent experience includes transactions involving: retail and institutional asset managers, adviser and D2C (direct to consumer) platforms, DFM (discretionary fund management), financial advisers, service providers and vertically integrated firms.
