Ingrid was actively involved in developing our people offering, People Powered Performance, and now focussing specifically on advising clients across our London region and South region on their workforce issues. She led the recent Cracking the Code gender diversity research the firm sponsored and leads KPMG's work on agility with the Agile Future Forum, which has included using KPMG's own workforce agility diagnostic with members to assess their ability to become more agile and more competitive in their market. In previous roles, Ingrid led KPMG's UK Performance & Reward team and was part of the HR Leadership team. Prior to that she worked with clients in assisting with their reward issues, including share incentives, executive pay and employee benefits. Ingrid is a qualified Chartered Accountant and CIPD professional.
