Claire is a Director in KPMG’s UK Pensions Advisory Practice with 15 years of experience. She leads KPMG’s trustee board effectiveness service which she helped to establish in light of the Pensions Regulator’s “21st Century Trusteeship” campaign, and has delivered governance reviews for several large schemes.
Claire also has wide experience advising both trustees and companies in scheme funding negotiations, long term solutions such as pensions buyout and liability management, and is working on a number of benefit redesign and HR change projects. She is widely sought after to run multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex engagements, particularly those that involve stakeholders at executive level. This included a 15 month secondment to the Reward team in Lloyds Banking Group to initiate and run a very large member engagement and communication project.
