Bernadette has almost 12 years of audit, accounting, and transaction experience with KPMG.

Bernadette has been extensively involved in US SEC registered offerings, as well as exempt offerings of debt and equity securities by numerous companies from across Turkey, Russia, Switzerland, the UK, the Netherlands, South Africa and other EMEA territories. In addition, she has supported clients through listings on US exchanges and since September 2016, Bernadette has been involved in transaction where the funds raised by clients have totalled more than USD 13.5billion.

Bernadette serves as an associate reviewer on several Appendix K reviews of SEC registrants outside the United States and also, acts as a technical resource on US GAAP, SEC and PCAOB queries from engagement teams around Europe.

Prior to joining the USARG, she spent 2 years in a technical accounting department in South Africa performing pre-issuance review and providing technical support across a culturally diverse and geographically dispersed group of users throughout Africa.
