Partner, Deal Strategy and Value Creation

KPMG in the UK

Adam is a Partner in our Strategy and Performance Transformation team. He has advised business leaders and investors for 28 years across multiple countries and has worked for KPMG in both the UK and France. Over that time, he has led over 450 client engagements across growth and deal strategy. His primary focus areas are Healthcare, Education and Life Sciences as well as in the Leisure sector.

Adam works alongside executive teams and investment clients to help them shape their future thinking and create winning and executable growth strategies and deal value creation plans (including through commercial and operational due diligence). His focus segments include care services (acute care, community care, specialist care, aged care, homecare, diagnostics, mental health, etc) as well as education (from nurseries and early years education through to higher education and corporate training) and life sciences (particularly around generics and specialty pharma).

In leisure, Adam has worked regularly for clients across hotels, casinos, restaurants, holiday villages and caravan parks, cruises, tour operators, and specialist travel providers.

Although passionate about supporting clients through transactions, Adam has a strong focus on how to build value across the deal cycle from initial growth strategy and into deals, all the way through to driving exit value.
