Suzanne Shenton

Suzanne is the Head of KPMG Business Services & Transformation and a member of the Executive Committee. She is responsible for leading our internal business services teams and our enterprise transformation programmes for the UK firm, in support of our firmwide strategic priorities.

Suzanne joined KPMG as Partner in May 2017 and since then, has lead the set up and development of KBS as the home for our internal Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, HR and Learning, Sales and Marketing, Risk, Legal and Corporate Affairs professionals. Together as one team KBS has a simple goal – to deliver the right blend of internal business services support, advice and expertise in the most optimised way to help to grow, run and protect our Firm.  Suzanne also heads up our enterprise-wide business transformation programmes, focused on driving change and transformation across our internal operations.

Prior to KPMG, Suzanne worked for 26 years at Accenture as both a management consultant and in business operations. Suzanne has built a wealth of experience specialising in leading complex, cross-competency, global programmes of operational change, enabled by business and systems transformation. She has held a variety of client-facing and internal operational leadership roles across multiple industry sectors and business functions, with a focus on driving business value through delivery excellence and continuous improvement.
