Paul heads the Professional Practice Solutions team for KPMG in the UK. This team is a mix of audit, tax and advisory colleagues focused on the Strategic, Operational and People priorities for successful practices in both the UK and Internationally.

Paul Chairs UK CEO events for the Legal 100, as well as hosting an annual series of events providing insight to add challenge to legal/non-legal CFO, COO, CIO and CHR attendees.

Paul acts as Lead Partner to a number of significant legal and non-legal professional practices, acting as a sounding board and trusted advisor to management.

Paul is also Head of Private Client for the South region. He became a partner in 1999. He works with a variety of quoted and private companies, their directors and shareholders in helping them achieve their long term strategic aims of growth and increased profitability. He is involved in advising entrepreneurs in establishing new businesses, structuring MBOs and acquiring new businesses as part of their business strategy, as well as supporting on the ultimate aim of sale/float. He also advises private individuals on wealth management issues which they face in their day to day affairs. This may include advice on tax efficient investment structures, inheritance tax, property transactions or income tax planning.

Paul works closely with Transaction Services, Corporate Finance colleagues across the UK, and his team support shareholders, management and the company in meeting their collective objectives of mitigating their tax burdens.
