Natalie creates and runs innovative technology platforms which address key regulatory challenges faced by global organisations. She currently works on the KPMG Privacy Apps on Appian which is the latest addition to KPMG's regulatory technology suite that creates a sustainable enterprise solution for GDPR and privacy requirements.
Natalie works with top regulatory experts worldwide to design and embed end-to- end business process, customer journey and data, as an asset/liability into leading technology solutions in the cloud.
She has led major transformational change programmes and has an established delivery track record. She has a demonstrated ability to establish clear transformational change strategies with senior stakeholders; translate these into organisational, process and system implications; built global teams which can deliver on those requirements; run and grow these capabilities; and drive the implementation of solutions to derive real commercial benefits.
Natalie joined KPMG in 2010 to build managed services technology platforms for KPMG financial services clients. Prior to KPMG she worked at Barclays and IBM.
