Narinder has delivered advice across a broad range of conduct and prudential risk topics, including capital and liquidity planning. Most recently he has supported banks in responding to significant wholesale conduct issues (including benchmark manipulation, unauthorised trading and FRB Consent Orders) as well as supporting firms in establishing enhanced risk and control frameworks to manage conduct risk.
