Lindsey is the senior manager on KPMG’s investor engagement programme, which provides a forum for institutional investors and auditors to share perspectives on how corporate reporting and stewardship, and the audit profession, can evolve to meet investors’ and other key stakeholders’ needs today and in the future.
Lindsey is a board member of KPMG UK’s Audit Evolution Board, which plays an important role in the formal governance of KPMG’s UK Audit practice and provides challenge, diversity of thought, new insight and recommendations to the audit business.
Lindsey has spent over twenty years in financial analysis, investor relations and financial communications. He joined KPMG in 2013 as part of the Makinson Cowell team, where he helped listed companies in the UK and continental Europe define and deliver their investor engagement strategy.
He has also spent much of his career authoring and editing technical publications and digital content on IFRS accounting standards, particularly those focusing on insurance contracts, financial instruments, leases and revenue recognition.
