Julian Short is a Partner with over 20 years’ wide-ranging consulting experience and KPMG UK's lead for Commercial Strategy. Prior to this he was a Managing Director in Accenture and led the Pricing strategy group globally.

He specialises in profitable growth for companies through improved sales, marketing, pricing and commercial capabilities and has experience in multiple industries including consumer and industrial products; Ingredients; oil and gas; chemicals; mining and building Materials; logistics and utilities. He has also implemented the leading Pricing/Sales solutions such as PROS and Vendavo together with leading CRM and ERP solutions.

Julian is the co-author of “The Oxford Handbook of Pricing Management” and “Selling Through Someone Else” and has been a presenter at major Commercial conferences e.g. The Professional Pricing Society, PROS Global and European Conferences, Vendavo European Conference.
