KPMG in the UK
Urrffa is a Director in our Manchester-based team. She has worked in the pensions industry for 20 years, and has experience on a wide range of engagements. She and now focuses her attention solely on clients in the public sector. She leads our pensions work in the local government sector, as well as and also leads KPMG’s Public Sector Pensions team in the North West.
Urrffa is advising clients across the public sector on the costs and risks associated with pension provision, and devising and delivering strategies to meet their long term objectives. This includes:
- Negotiation with LGPS funds on cessation triggers and debt payment plans,
- Advising clients on the impact of amalgamation, merger and de-merger, and
- Helping to deliver effective member consultation on pensions change and union negotiation for LGPS and SHPS DB employers.
