Matthew is a procurement specialist with extensive experience helping FTSE 100 businesses transform their procurement and supply chain capabilities. He has led the development of the global procurement operating model for a retailer, developed the Source to Pay technology strategy for a business and defined the transition programme for a pharma client.

Over the past 12 years at KPMG, Matthew has also developed strong experience across sourcing, procurement diagnostics, contract management, process improvement and change management.
Matthew’s knowledge of numerous complex procurement programmes has given him an insight into the challenges raised within various sectors.
