Amanda Ruddiman

Amanda Ruddiman is a mergers and acquisitions (M&A) Director, based in Manchester. She is a chartered accountant with over 12 years’ experience in Corporate Finance, having worked across a range of sectors, situations and ownership types.

Amanda has particular expertise in advising clients on selling businesses in time sensitive circumstances, whether driven by short-term challenges or specific distressed situations. Her experience of both Special Situations and mainstream M&A enables her to deliver successful M&A outcomes where there are financial, operational or stakeholder challenges. Through her experience she has close connections with the special situations investor and turnaround investor community in the UK.
