Brexit Programme Director

Tracey leads the Brexit Project management office for KPMG UK. Tracey uses her background in multiple sectors to oversee multi-disciplinary work on Brexit for clients from a wide range of industries and disciplines. Tracey is also leading the ‘no-deal’ Brexit contingency planning for KPMG UK as a firm.
She ensures Brexit knowledge is shared across the coverage and capability areas on Brexit advisory with the support of Sector and proposition owners.
As part of her role she sits on two leadership steering committees and works with just over 100 stakeholders on both the commercial programme and the KPMG prepredness programme.
Her prior experience includes managing Strategic plan reviews of our European member firms; leading the Global financial services Audit growth strategy and leading the Solvency II Insurance audit standardiastion programme across Europe.
Her experience includes strategic growth, change programme management, accounting, audit and audit quality, complex issues resolution, sales and business development, large workshop facilitation and senior stakeholder management.
She is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and her audit training involved working across clients from travel, leisure, tourism, broadcasting, music and online businesses as well as secondments into transaction services and tax and pensions.
