Hugh leads our Customer Experience practice in the UK. He has worked with many of KPMG’s largest financial services clients, at both Executive and Board level. He specialises in delivering major transformational change within the front office of retail banks and insurance companies. Hugh is responsible for helping our clients to measure customer experience and to apply digital and analytic solutions to deliver innovative customer solutions. His focus is on delivering greater value from our clients customer franchise through channel optimisation, sales and service improvements.
