Rob is a Director in the inernational tax team and has over 30 years of tax experience. His particular area of expertise is in advising on structuring and financing issues for businesses such as tax efficient financing and corporate restructuring.
Rob’s primary role is to provide international tax, treasury and structuring advice to large corporates.
Rob’s recent projects have included advising on the consequences of the new rules to counter hybrids and other mismatches, the corporate interest restriction regime and the new loss utilisation regime.
In addition, Rob writes regularly on current tax issues for KPMG publications.
He holds qualifications with both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
