Richard joined KPMG Law in October 2021 as a Partner focussed on International Business Reorganisations. Prior to joining KPMG Law, Richard spent almost 15 years in a large international firm, spending time in both Australia and the US, before becoming a partner in 2018. Richard advises clients on the planning and implementation of complex cross-border business reorganisations and carve-out/spin off M&A transactions.

Richard has advised a broad range of clients, including private equity sponsors and private and public companies across a range of industry sectors including industrials, technology and media, infrastructure, and pharma and life sciences.

Richard has a particular focus on legal technology and project management, and has extensive experience of developing client focussed solutions that successfully support and enable clients to effectively and efficiently achieve their goals and objectives.
